Opening times / Entrance fees

The Domaine du Rayol is open every day, all year round (except for 25th December).

The whole team is happy to welcome you back to the Domaine du Rayol.
Everything has been done to welcome you in the best possible conditions and in compliance with health rules, for the safety of all.
In accordance with the latest French government guidelines, the presentation of the Sanitary Pass is compulsory for all visitors aged 12 and over.

Opening times

  • January, February, March, November and December: 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
    Guided tour at 2.30 pm (length: 1h30)
  • April, May, June, September: 9.30 am – 6.30 pm
    Guided tours at 10.30 am and 2.30 pm (length: 1h30)
  • October: 9.30 am – 6.30 pm
    Guided tour at 2.30 pm (length: 1h30)
  • July, August : 9.30 am – 7.30 pm
    Guided tours at 10.30 am (length: 1h30), 2.30 pm, 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm (length: 1h)

The Gardeners’ Café-Restaurant is open every day (except December 25th), from midday to 2.30 pm for lunch, or for a gourmet break during the day (from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.30 pm up to one hour before the Gardens close).
The Gardeners’ Bookshop is open every day from 9.30 am until the closure of the Gardens.
The Plant nursery is open every day from 9.30 am until 15 minutes before the Gardens close. Gardening factsheets are available at reception.

The Gardeners’ Bookshop and the Plant nursery are free to access, regardless of entry to the Garden.
The Gardeners’ Café-Restaurant is reserved for visitors to the Garden.

In case of vigilance by Meteo France     Strong winds / Rain-Flood / Thunderstorm
– Orange vigilance: The garden and the restaurant are closed. The reception, the bookshop and the plant nursery remain open.
– Red vigilance: The Domaine du Rayol is closed.

To make the most of your visit to the Domaine du Rayol, we advise you to avoid busy days:
– Easter weekend: Sunday 12th and Monday 13th of April 2020
– Labour Day long weekend: Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of May 2020
– Victory Day long weekend: Friday 8th, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of May 2020
– Ascension Day long weekend: Thursday 21st, Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th of May 2020

Please note: Pets are not allowed (even on the lead).

Entrance to the Gardens, with or without a guided tour:
